Badriseula - Chikhiashvili Family Winery

Badriseula is the Chikhiashvili family winery, originally built about 60 years ago and recently revived by the third generation of the family, Badri Chikhiashvili. In our Marani (traditional Georgian wine cellar) we produce wine from Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grapes grown in our own vineyards, located in the Kindzmarauli microzone. Alongside wine tasting, we host guests with traditional Georgian dishes prepared at home and live Georgian polyphonic singing performed by members of our family. Our goal is to show visitors the authentic traditions of a Georgian family and the culture of the Georgian table. Badriseula is more than a restaurant — it is an emotional cultural experience that brings together wine, traditional Georgian cuisine and Georgian polyphony. Guests are welcomed by Badri Chikhiashvili, former soloist of the ensemble "Rustavi" and currently a soloist of the renowned ensemble "Georgian Voices".
