About
Always OpenIn Ozurgeti, more precisely in Likhauri, just past the Ekvtime Takaishvili House-Museum, on the left you will discover a charming Gurian patskha (traditional hut). There, at the gate, you’ll first be greeted by the mother of the familly, and right behind her, the Salukvadze sisters — Eka and Lana — ready to welcome you with the warmth, humor and character only Guria can offer.
Eka and Lana are the heart and soul behind “Dolabi” — a place where everything old, deeply Gurian and historically meaningful is lovingly brought back to life.
Here, the sisters prepare traditional Gurian dishes with their own hands, using the exact techniques and recipes passed down through generations. Through this, they preserve history, revive the past and pass on something truly precious to future generations, to Guria and to Georgia as a whole.
You're warmly invited to “Dolabi” — where the spirit of Guria lives on.
