KMM offers 66 spacious rooms and is located 17 km away (15 minutes’ drive) from Tbilisi International Airport. KMM combines a contemporary design, the latest technology, and outstanding services. The hotel consists of 2 separate standing 5-story buildings across a narrow dead-end street of Old Tbilisi district, Avlabari. Hotel was built in 2006 and was re-presented only with 5 rooms, during the years hotel was expanding and by the end of June 2023 room amount reached 66. Latest renovation of the hotel was in the 2018 low season, 2 floors (11 rooms) were fully renovated, furnished and equipped according to the latest trends. Currently the hotel is in the process of expansion again and by the end of 2024 a restaurant and a small meeting room will be offered to the guests of our hotel.
