About
Always OpenLocated just 50 kilometers from Tbilisi, on the road leading to the Gombori Pass, you’ll find Kochbaani House in the peaceful village of Kochbaani.
This village has been passed down to our family from our grandmother, and for the past five years, we have been lovingly bringing the house, its cuisine, the garden, and its entire surroundings back to life.
Our space is perfect for those who want to escape the noise of the city and spend time in a warm, authentic family atmosphere.
Each season here has its own unique charm — in spring, everything awakens; in summer, the forest generously offers fruits and mushrooms; autumn becomes a colorful celebration of flavors; and in winter, cozy conversations by the fireplace feel truly magical.
We are joined by two friendly dogs, bees, pheasants, chickens, and turkeys — each one a cherished part of our family.
All the products you’ll taste, prepared by our mother, are grown right here on our farm — everything is natural and full of authentic flavor.
Our mother is a culinary expert who revives traditional Georgian recipes, while our father has handcrafted wooden cottages and family spaces that welcome guests all year round.
Our concept is simple — “from farm to table.”
Everything served comes directly from our land — natural, Georgian, and authentic.
Beyond relaxation, you can also take part in a variety of activities:
walk through the forest and explore its trails, observe migrating birds, taste fresh honey, or even join in preparing traditional dishes. In summer, we gather fruit together, make preserves, dry herbs, and learn how to create traditional Georgian spices.
All of this creates a truly authentic ecotourism experience — in a peaceful setting, hosted by genuine people, and deeply connected to nature.
