Otia's Ezo

Winery “Otia’s Ezo” is located inwest Georgia, Imereti region, Tskaltubo. They started winemaking in 2014. Otia Ioseliani was famous Georgian writer, when he was passed out, his sons family moved to his house-museum where is located wine-cellar too. Otia’s Ezo has little vineyard to the west side of Georgia, They Produced there Tsolikouri, Otskanuri Sapere, Chkhaveri… They use only organic treatment for grape, winemaker picks grape by hand, there harvest period depends on sugar level in grape and also moon calendar. They have Traditional views about Georgian winery, they don’t use any mechanical tools in vinemaking process, so their wine is limited, max 5000 bottles per year.
