Tezi Winery

We are pleased to inform you that in 2022, we built a wine cellar in the village of Tezi (Kaspi Municipality), where we produce natural Kvevri wine. ​We offer cellar tours and presentations, showcasing our enoteca (wine library) and traditional Kvevri vessels. Our property also features: ​A Demonstration Vineyard: Featuring local grape varieties such as Chinuri and Tavkveri. ​Harvest Experiences: Guests can participate in grape harvesting and pressing during the vintage season. ​Winemaking Process: Opportunities to take part in the wine fermentation process. ​Additionally, the cellar boasts a dedicated tasting space that can accommodate up to 45 guests, offering: ​Wine Masterclasses ​Culinary & Craft Workshops: Khinkali folding, Khachapuri baking, Churchkhela making, Mtsvadi (barbecue) grilling, and Kvevri painting. ​Live Polyphonic Music: An ensemble of singers performing traditional Georgian folk songs. ​We also offer full event planning and organization services.
