About
Always OpenIn the Ojaleshi microzone of the village of Salkhino, Martvili municipality, I have 1,200 Ojaleshi vines and 200 Tsolikouri vines. Ojaleshi grapes are harvested at the end of November. In my vineyard, I produce pink dry Ojalesh, semi-sweet Ojalesh, and protected designation of origin red Ojalesh. I also produce white dry Tsolikouri from my own grapes and white dry Rkatsiteli, which is imported from Kakheti.I produce double-origin Chacha vodka.
