Uplistsikhe Estate

Uplistsikhe Estate is a winery founded in 2019 in the heart of Kartli, beside the historic cave city of Uplistsikhe, where Georgian winemaking tradition meets a contemporary approach. Wines from indigenous grape varieties are crafted using both traditional qvevri and European techniques, while sparkling wines are made by the traditional bottle-fermentation method. The Estate offers visitors an authentic experience of wine, local gastronomy and the distinctive landscape of Kartli.
