ZODI WINERY

Winery Zodi is a family-owned winery founded in 2019 in the village of Zodi, Chiatura, Upper Imereti, Georgia. The winery is led by the husband-and-wife team, Giga and Nino. We craft wines exclusively from indigenous Imeretian grape varieties, following the authentic Imeretian winemaking method. This includes fermentation in qvevri with up to 30% skin contact. Annual production: 12,000 bottles (limited production), Indigenous Imeretian grape varieties, Focus on authenticity, heritage and premium quality, Our wines reflect the unique terroir of Upper Imereti and centuries-old Georgian winemaking tradition.
