History From 2018 Gonadze Vineyards established and built wine factory and Hotel. Wine factory is equipped by “Della Toffola” latest aggregates. Nowadays Gonadze Vineyards produce 8types of Wine: Khvanckara (Red semi-sweet), Aleksandrouli (red dry), Tvishi (white semi-sweet) and Racha (Red dry), Mujuretuli (Red dry wine),Rose of Racha (rose dry wine), Tsolikauri (white dry wine), Gonadzeebis Tetra (white dry wine). The Gonadze family try to bring clean and sustainable component and preserve the wines the natural components that result from the connection between nature and the vineyard. Wine descriptions Khvanchkara (red Semi-Sweet Wine) The naturally semi-sweet wine named after its place of origin, "Khvanchkara," is made from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grape varieties; The wine is characterized by its dark ruby color, harmonious flavor, microbiological health, velvety texture, and notes of raspberry and blackberry, with a distinctive bouquet and aroma;Alcohol is 11.5%. Aleksandrouli (red dry wine) Aleksandrouli is made from grapes of the Aleksandreuli and Mujuretuli varieties with full fermentation on chacha; It is characterized by aromas of black currant, cherry, black plum and red tkemali, long-lasting taste qualities, balanced acidity and harmonious finish; tones of blackberry and overripe shindig dominate, the taste of dried black plums is also felt; Alcohol is 12.5%. Tvishi (white semi-sweet wine) It is a top-quality semi-sweet white wine with controlled designation of origin. It is made from grapes of Tsolikouri variety, with incomplete fermentation of sweet; The specific viticulture zone "Tvishi" is located in Lechkhumi, Tsageri municipality, at an altitude of 436 meters above sea level. It is characterized by light straw color to straw color, gentle harmonious taste, fruity tones, varietal aroma and pleasant sweetness; Alcohol is 11.5%. Grape varieties sugar content is 23.0. Racha is garnet-coloured dry wine, whch is made from Aleksandrouli and Mudjuretuli grape varieties; This wine is similar to Aleksandrouli. The difference in racha is more aged in oak barrels (on chips) than Aleksandrouli. Varietal aromas of strawberry and cherry harmoniously Merges with the elegant tones of aging in oak. Taste Balanced with a rich body and well with ripe tannins and Has a pleasant cheerful end; Alcohol is 13.5%. Racha (Red dry) Racha is garnet-coloured dry wine, whch is made from Aleksandrouli and Mudjuretuli grape varieties; This wine is similar to Aleksandrouli. The difference in racha is more aged in oak barrels (on chips) than Aleksandrouli. Varietal aromas of strawberry and cherry harmoniously Merges with the elegant tones of aging in oak. Gonadzeebis Tetra (white dry wine) Local and European-type table and naturally semi-sweet white wine are made from this variety of grapes in Racha; Gonadzeebis Tetra wine is characterized by high quality, yield and good resistance to fungal diseases; It is characterized by high resistance to powdery mildew; Alcohol is 12.5%.
