Family Winery - This idea is real, our personal small family business. As the name suggests, it is a wine cellar, but not a traditional one. This is a two-century-old family cellar built by Germans. The cellar is located in the Tetri Tskara municipality, in the village of Asureti. The village itself is a tourist location. Within the framework of planned tours, tourists also visit our cellar along with many other attractions. The role of me and my family is to popularize the Assureti red wine called "Shala" from the vines grown in the vicinity of this village. This wine is aged in our German cellar, in their own traditional way. In oak barrels. Throughout the year, the vineyard is maintained and cared for by the work of our family members and their own budget, which is not so easy, and experience is important. The essence of our business is to taste this rare wine and host it for tourists. It is well-known both in Georgia and abroad. The wine is made in the so-called oak casks and aged in oak barrels, after a certain time it is bottled and branded. The wine is dry, red in color and characterized by berry fruit aromas.
