Wine Artisans

WINE ARTISANS is a natural winery near Gori, Georgia, run by Andro Barnovi — the “wine cook.” Working exclusively with organically grown grapes, we combine meticulous vineyard and cellar hygiene with a culinary approach to winemaking. Our aim is to produce living, naturally resilient wines that age beautifully, evolve in the glass, and tell the story of their terroir and vintage — each with its own personality and the winemaker’s distinctive culinary fingerprint. By working differently with skins, seeds, pulp, juice, and stems, we explore a broad spectrum of flavours and aromas. Each year, up to 15 grape varieties are vinified at our cellar, producing a diverse range of natural dry amber, red, and rosé wines.
